Ben（吴镇宇）是香港一档电台节目《恐怖热线》的监制，忙于工作的他日渐疏忽女友Helen（周丽淇）。Helen是一名护士，曾瞒着Ben做掉腹中胎儿，此事令她难以释怀，时常会看到幻象。Mavis（何超仪）是美国电视青青草视频污APP网络记者，她及摄影师等一行五人到港拍摄有关香港电台文化的特别节目，第一个研究对象便是《恐》，但Ben并不友好，只准他们在直播室外拍摄。
